Statement of values and code of ethics

The Statement of Values provided the foundation for developing Mercato Centrale’s Code of Ethics. The Code of Ethics applies throughout the company and is intended for everyone who influences or is otherwise impacted by the Group’s activities: investors, directors, employees, agents, collaborators, customers, suppliers, the broader community, and future generations.
The most recent version of the Statement of Values and the Code of Ethics was adopted by Mercato Centrale’s Board of Directors.
