From Alto Adige to the capital: before arriving in the world of ice cream, Günther Rohregger took a long route with each stage denoted by passion, first for his partner who he followed to Rome, as well as for nature, sport, and the ice and snow of his birthplace.

All these elements translate into a tasty and healthy gelato, prepared daily with his usual passion. Each ingredient is selected for its top quality and seasonality, from South Tyrolean mountain pine, to the Plose water of the Dolomites, including Langhe IGP hazelnuts, lemons from Amalfi, 100% Domori single-origin cocoa, vanilla from Madagascar, and Indonesian cinnamon.

Günther’s gelato is excellent, always fresh, and made with flair and creativity. Each mouthful is like reliving the flavors of the past, but made modern. Fresh, light, and delicious!
