Il ramen di Akira Yoshida

Akira Yoshida‘s shop

Ramen and gyōza

Il_ramen

For Akira Yoshida, ramen and gyōza are passion, tradition and craftsmanship. The ingredients are all regional and Italian.

Pork bones and meat, vegetables, flour and eggs, certified and carefully chosen to offer the customer a fresh and high-quality 0 km product. Akira is committed to combining excellent products and affordable prices every day. Soy sauce, algae and other typically Japanese products are made by companies that guarantee the highest quality and traceability. Akira’s ramen can be called homemade, artisanal and traditional, because it uses strictly homemade pasta and a soup that’s boiled for 10 hours to extract from the bones all the organoleptic properties that make his ramen so delicious.

Every day, Akira prepares Ramen Black Shoyu (with an intense flavour), Ramen White Shio (with a delicate flavour) and Ramen Red Spicy (with a spiced flavour), as well as edamame that make the wait even tastier.
The offer is completed by gyōza and onigiri, two others signature dishes of Japanese cuisine: it’s really impossible to resist.
