Coffee is always in the air at Mercato Centrale Firenze’s coffee shop. The philosophy underpinning every beverage endorses the Third Wave of Coffee,followed by the SCAA (Specialty Coffee Association of America) and SCAE (Specialty Coffee Association of Europe). Every blend is developed in partnership with the Mondicaffè roastery and the ingredients are carefully selected.

Every stage in the making of a cup of coffeeis painstakingly pursued, including water filtered using innovative systems.The beverages are made using La Marzocco coffee machines, the best in the business. Coffee isn’t just coffee; there’s expertise, experience and a story behind every cup.

A wide range of drinks is served at the bar, including wine and bubbles.There’s no shortage of cocktails, contemporary and classics: from Spritzes to Mojitos, and even Bloody Marys. The Market Specials add something new: unmissable dishes featuring special ingredients and original pairings.
