The now famous pockets of white pizza are made fresh daily with sourdough and served stuffed with typical Roman recipes, prepared with attention to tradition and selected ingredients, like Italian meat, organic tomatoes and Italian extra virgin olive oil, prepared with the patience, passion and care that Stefano’s grandmother handed down to him.
