Genoese cuisine by Marco Bruni

Gastronomy made simple

In Marco Bruni’s boutique at the Mercato Centrale Milano, everything must be in season, local, and simple.
At the market, Marco offers three types of food: baked goods – cheese foccaccia, traditional of Recco, reigns supreme – haute cuisine, and fresh pasta.
The menu changes according to the season and the availability of ingredients, which means that the dishes are always delicious. They can be eaten right there and then, or taken home.
The protagonists in the boutique are all products of tradition, be it fugassa cö formaggio or fugassa de Réccu, focaccia, chickpea tart, fresh pesto, Zoagli biscuits, anchovies from the Cinque Terre or mussels from La Spezia. All Marco’s dishes pay tribute to tradition, and their unmistakable scents and flavors take you back in time and tell you a story of where they come from.

Genoese cooking as you’ve never had it before.
