Born in Ariccia, in the heart of the Castelli Romani, in 2022 he launched Nannì Sapori Romaneschi (Nannì – Roman Flavors), a project that celebrates the rich culinary heritage of his homeland, with one undisputed star: Porchetta di Ariccia IGP, prepared according to tradition with simple, 100% Italian ingredients. Alongside the porchetta, you’ll find exceptional local products such as Malvasia Puntinata DOC, Pecorino di Amatrice PAT, Gorgonzola DOP, and Prosciutto di Parma DOP – all adding depth and character to sandwiches, platters, and classic Roman dishes. The concept behind Nannì Sapori Romaneschi is easy: “Simple is better.” Each dish is designed to let the ingredients take center stage, with pure flavors, essential pairings, and deep respect for tradition.
