For the Perinotti family, it’s important that tradition goes hand in hand with innovation. At the rice store, every dish is a question of balance.
It seems like an oxymoron, but it’s not: technological progress has been fundamental in improving the cultivation of rice and reducing the environmental impact, without transforming the business that the Perinotti family has been doing for years in the granges of Vercelli.

Every risotto is made using seasonal ingredients from a short supply chain and controlled cultivation. Every recipe considers the environment and looks to the future, without forgetting its origins: rice is a family matter and the Perinottis have been producing it with the exact same passion and enthusiasm for five generations. The offer is enriched by the “Mica Poke” line: the Italian-style rice pokes. The famous Hawaiian dish – made of rice and fish – is revisited by bringing together two very distant culinary traditions: the Italian and the Hawaiian one. The taste of rice enhanced by the best Italian recipes and sauces has created: Micacciatora, Micabologna, Micaponata and Micarbonara…
