For the Perinotti family, it’s important that tradition goes hand in hand with innovation. At the rice store, every dish is a question of balance.

It seems like an oxymoron, but it’s not: technological progress has been fundamental in improving the cultivation of rice and reducing the environmental impact, without transforming the business that the Perinotti family has been doing for years in the granges of Vercelli. Every risotto is made using seasonal ingredients from a short supply chain and controlled cultivation. Every recipe considers the environment and looks to the future, without forgetting its origins: rice is a family matter and the Perinottis have been producing it with the exact same passion and enthusiasm for five generations.
