At Martino Bellincampi’s store, the right amount of crispiness is the most important part.
His fried food is made with just the right crispiness and is able to convey emotion with only one bite as the different flavors burst onto the tongue. Having been frying for a long time, all his food is good. His project is ambitious: transform gourmet food into street food by offering the deep-fried classics as well as new combinations. Fried food is a cuisine known throughout the world, so whether savory or sweet, from the North or the South, it unites and brings everyone together. Bellincampi loves to engage in the exchange of cultures and traditions, his own culture and tradition served to you through his food. For the food to be truly enjoyed, it must still be warm when eaten, so food at the store is prepared and eaten immediately. In honor of the new opening in Turin, the menu will feature suppli produced in collaboration with Ristorante Consorzio, headed by Pietro Vergano and Andrea Gherra. Inspired by the celebrated creamy risotto alla Bergese, the suppli will be cooked till golden and filled with French butter sauce and bone marrow. In addition, in homage to the city of Sabaudia, a mixed platter alla piemontese will be available. Only the best frying methods and ingredients are chosen for every product. If artisanal food is good, it’s even better fried.

Available in the store: traditional supplì filled with pasta and amatriciana sauce or cacao e pepe, fried cones of fish, salted cod and the classics, like chicken (also possible as a sandwich filling), potato wedges or chips, and croquettes made of potato, meat or cheese.
