For Marco Carbone, the quality and the provenance of the ingredients are paramount. In his boutique, the gelato is nothing if not natural and authentic.

Marco Carbone, born in 1977, has a long career in catering behind him. Today he is the chef at the restaurant Le Maddalene, found inside the Green Village of Avigliana. It was here that, a few years ago, he decided to embark on a course in learning how to make gelato, another great passion of his, with the aim of raising the quality of his restaurant even further. He pursued his studies at the Gelato Naturale Academy in Grosseto, which holds to a philosophy of creating an entirely natural product, free from chemical additives, coloring and artificial aromas. Marco prepares his gelato with only the finest selected ingredients, always of the highest quality. In his boutique, he offers the more traditional flavors, such as pistacchio and PGI-certified hazelnut, alongside more gourmet flavors like Scotch bonnet. But whatever the taste, his gelato exalts the traditions of his homeland.

In the boutique: semifreddos, gelato cakes, fruit cups, affogatos, milkshakes and fruit sorbets.
