Delivery Valley's formula is as simple as it is effective: food is central – the result of research and improvement that ensures its constant quality – and maximum efficiency in the production process, to offer a fast and impeccable service. The result? Eight product lines in one kitchen, which is a true temple of flavour.
Delivery Valley is the brainchild of Maurizio Rosazza Prin and Alida Gotta, who in 2020 decided to bet on the dark kitchen model, while reinventing its methods: highly visible sales outlets, characterised by an appealing visual identity and communications and the use of digital technologies for handling critical phases of the production process.

After three laboratory kitchens in Milan, one in Monza and the hybrid experience in Turin, where you can also eat the food on the premises, it is now the turn of Turin Central Market, where they will offer a live experience.
One thing remains constant: the impeccable quality of the product, or rather, the products. Because in the Delivery Valley shop, you will find eight different product lines, the result of continuous research by master bakers and chefs with consolidated experience in the world of catering, all coordinated by the careful guidance of Alida and Maurizio.

A careful selection of raw materials, an obsession with perfecting the recipes and constant attention to the production process result in dishes that are a true explosion of flavour. In the offer, you can therefore find ribs in barbecue sauce, cooked at low temperature for over 10 hours, roast chicken – strictly free-range – pan-fried pizzas with 24-hour fermentation, an all-Italian reinterpretation of traditional Japanese katsu sando, fried specialities, hot dogs, gourmet stuffed pita and the unfailing giga burgers with homemade bread!
