Fresh and simple gelato is what matters most to Alberto Marchetti, who offers the best of this tasty treat in his shop.
Alberto has always worked in the world of gelato: he grew up in his father’s gelateria before deciding to pursue this path himself. After Turin, he went to Alassio and Milan, and founded the Scuola Internazionale di Alta Gelateria and Casa Marchetti, where gelato is experienced in all its facets. He has collaborated with Slow Food for several years, thanks to which he discovered farina bòna, a key ingredient in one of his most popular gelato flavours. He is also part of the Masters of Taste, a project aimed at promoting the culture of “good, clean and percise food”. Selecting excellent ingredients is fundamental for Marchetti: each product tells the story of those who produce it and the territory it comes from. In his store, gelato is worked and creamed daily without additives, exalting the flavour of each ingredient.

Available at the store: the star ingredient is hazelnut, found in the cakes and pastries, toasted or savoury. There are also popsicles, granita, warm zabaione, affogati and milkshakes, as well as brioches, cones and cups, available with fresh fruit and fruit salad.
