Luca Veralli’s passion is told through the story of Cremilla, an exceedingly greedy traveller who searches, tries and tastes the local delicacies that became the ingredients of his all-natural, fresh and creamy gelato. It’s 100% natural gelato because it uses only Sicilian carob seed flour, rich in fibre, proteins and antioxidants without artificial additives. In the shop, the gelato is constantly and continuously creamed to guarantee a product that is always fresh and creamy. Toritto almonds, Sicilian pistachios, Piedmont hazelnuts blended with milk and organic eggs, fruit flavours that follow the seasons, custards that remind you of your grandmother’s recipe, with the scent of lemon and vanilla: you’ll find all this in Veralli’s shop. The newest flavour? Cremilla biscuit, a biscuit custard with cocoa shortbreads wrapped in a soft chocolate cream. Finger-lickin’ good!
