This is why they choose to supervise the entire production cycle every day, from the breeding on the farm to the sale of the meat and cold cuts at the counter. The family pride is their farm in Pavana, where they breed animals in the wild and semi-wild with an ethical and natural approach that translates into good, healthy and genuine products without artificial preservatives. The cows born on the company grounds in Sambuca Pistoiese are released after a few months to roam the Dynamo Camp WWF oasis, a wooded and wild area more than 1,000 hectares in size. An example of a short supply chain, the animals reared like this can be considered 100% mountain products: they’re raised in a less polluted environment with broad biodiversity, which allows for a healthy and varied diet, restoring quality, flavour and healthiness to the meat.
