That’s why Babaco saves surplus fruit and vegetables and those with aesthetic imperfections, giving a second life to products at risk of being wasted, safeguarding the work of numerous Italian producers and protecting the biodiversity of the land.
At the temporary store, all these values are enclosed in a box: a mix of seasonal fruit and vegetables, different every week, among which you can also find 100% Made in Italy delicacies such as Polignano carrots, Cervere leeks and PGI products such as Fiolaro broccoli.
