White, extremely fresh and delicious: they’re dairy products by Bolli and Pallini, who really know their milk.
The flavour comes from the historic Palagiaccio farm and the La Maremmana agricultural company. Two productive dairy factories in the Tuscan hills, where cows and buffalos live in a semi-wild state, healthy, strong and free to roam the pastures. All the animals were born and raised on the farm, where the cereals and fodder for their diet are also grown. Transparency, a very short food supply chain and constant monitoring: this is how Pallini’s hand-spun mozzarella is made, together with Bolli’s fresh cheeses and other goodies that include milk, ricotta, burrata and yogurt, all rich in proteins of the highest organic value.
