The best quality Venezuelan chocolate, a few African hybrid varieties and one rule: no artificial flavours. The berries, spices and roots are left to infuse in the cocoa butter. This is our artisan’s chocolate. With the same simplicity, 10 flavours of gelato are made, along with ‘bassinati’ almond pralines and jams (made only with organic fruit). It’s the food of the gods when it’s made as the gods command. Cristian Beduschi’s chocolate is the result of infinite passion and great attention to detail. No gluten and no GMOs. The first job is selecting the ingredients. Both for the fruit and for the other ingredients used in the gelato – as with the bassinati almond pralines and jams – Cristian Beduschi favours 0 km and organically-farmed produce, seeking out niche, rare and prized varieties. The quality is high in all products: from the blocks, available in several varieties from the purest black to the most delicate white, to dried fruit covered in a dark and milk chocolate, to the freshest gelato without artificial flavouring. Among these, the tasty Sette Veli stands out, a delicious reinterpretation of the cake that won Cristian Beduschi, Luigi Biasetto and Gianluca Mannari the World Pastry Cup in 1997.
